Our Ukrainian Appeal

A message from our Ukraine friends Roman & Luba.

We would like to thank you, Suzy, the choir members and all of the congregation for the money you've raised to support our good deed!

Unfortunately, it's getting harder to find a decent car for a decent price these days! As you may know, we've bought a car, we filled it up to the ceiling with all the donated stuff, arranged collection, but ... on the way to London the engine decided to stop! The friend of mine managed to get it to London on a trailer (for some extra money from his own pocket), but what to do with it now - that's the question!

So, we decided that this one was the last one, and we will not buy any more cars. We still will try to raise money to cover travel expenses for the cars that already been bought by my friends! This also means no further collections of any other stuff as we will not be able to send it. We feel really sorry to tell you this, especially appreciating the help you provided all these years! Thanks a lot again.
